Warning #1: DB in a part number stands for D-Bug12 monitor while SM stands for Serial Monitor.

In the past some students ordered their boards with incorrect monitor firmware and had to return them for changing the monitor firmware. In order to avoid this problem and understand which Dragon board you should order please read the web page Which monitor should I get? before placing your order.

Warning #2:
If we find an error with your order we will try to contact you by email. You should check your email often after placing your order, so we can correct it before shipping.  We won't ship your order until the error is corrected. If you don't check your email it will only delay your shipment.  If you provide us with a phone number when placing your order, we can contact you by phone, but we will not contact you if there is no any problem with your order.

About international shipping:

USPS has just changed shipping fees in Jan. 2013. The bad news is that the Express Mail using a large flat-rate envelope is increased from $38 to $45, but the good news is that the now Priority Mail offers an on-line tracking number at $20 for Canada and $24 for the rest of World.  So our default international shipping method is Priority Mail.

We strongly recommend that your provide us a phone number with your order in case your mailman needs to contact you if he is not able to deliver your package. You can enter your phone number when ordering or email it to us afterward.

The international shipping cost is for a single kit or under 2 lbs and it may not be accurate for multiple kits. We may contact you to adjust your shipping cost or make a refund to you if the actual shipping cost is off 5%.  Please contact us if you would like to know the exact shipping cost before placing your order.

For international shipping, you need to provide us an easy-to-deliver address, the one you usually receive mails everyday without any problems. Usually a home address is the best. A department address in a large company or a large university that has many departments is the worst and should be avoid. 

All international customers are responsible for any import duty and taxes.

About domestic Shipping:

Usually your order will be shipped in 1-2 days via UPS ground or USPS priority mail or regular air mail to contiguous 48 states, via priority mail to Alaska and Hawaii. If you need 2nd day or next day service please contact us.

Please do not use eCheck payment with your PayPal account. If you do, PayPal will not allow us to process your on-line order until your eCheck is cleared.  It usually will delay your shipment for 3-4 days.
